Join a group of adults who have embraced indoor exercise, rowing machine workouts, and on-water rowing to make their lives more fit and more fun! All ages (18+), abilities, and interests are welcome.

DRAGON BOATING
Adults who love to exercise together take quickly to Dragon Boating, and some make it a big part of their life! A dragon boat is a 20-person canoe where exercise happens and friendships form. Breast Cancer Survivors are an important part of our group. Anyone can exercise with us all year long!
